Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AuraReaches, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction across all our services and products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be accepted.
1. Services (Marketing & Property Management)
 
Service Refunds
  • Refunds for services already delivered or partially completed cannot be issued.
  • If you cancel a service before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.
  • Any advance or booking amount paid is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a formal agreement.
 
Service Cancellation
  • Ongoing service agreements may require a 30-day notice period, as per contract terms.
2. Products (Bags & Gift Items)
 
Return & Replacement
  • Products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if:
    • The item is damaged on arrival
    • The wrong product was delivered
    • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
 
Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
 
Refunds for Products
  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. No Refund Situations
 
Refunds will not be provided for:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delay caused by customer actions (incorrect address, unavailability, etc.)
  • Services already delivered or initiated
  • Clearance or discounted items
4. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not begun.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — it must follow the return process.
