Refund & Cancellation Policy
At AuraReaches, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction across all our services and products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be accepted.
1. Services (Marketing & Property Management)
Service Refunds

Refunds for services already delivered or partially completed cannot be issued.

If you cancel a service before work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.

Any advance or booking amount paid is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a formal agreement.
Service Cancellation

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to aurareach@outlook.com.

Ongoing service agreements may require a 30-day notice period, as per contract terms.
2. Products (Bags & Gift Items)
Return & Replacement

Products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is damaged on arrival

The wrong product was delivered

The product has a manufacturing defect

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products

Items damaged due to misuse

Products without original packaging
Refunds for Products

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase

Delay caused by customer actions (incorrect address, unavailability, etc.)

Services already delivered or initiated

Clearance or discounted items
4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not begun.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — it must follow the return process.
